COVID-19 update (26th March) including temporary changes to our opening hours
Further to our message on 21 March 2020, it’s business as usual as we continue to take bookings and care for your pets, however we have had to make a few changes to be able to do this.
Temporary Change in our Sydney Operations
As at 26 March 2020, we have centralised our three Sydney pet hotels to our premier Heathcote property south of Sydney. This means that our Duffys Forest Pet Hotel in the north of Sydney, and our Pet Hotel at Sydney Airport are temporarily closed. We will regularly assess as to when we will re-open and advise you all accordingly.
Temporary Change in Opening Hours
As the number of guests staying at Hanrob Hotels has decreased and staffing levels adjusted accordingly, we have reduced opening hours, altering the drop off and pick up times for our pet guests.
Pick up and drop off times for our Heathcote Pet Hotel is: 7am to 9am & 4pm to 6pm Monday to Sunday
Pick up and drop off times in Brisbane, Canberra and Melbourne with both Doggy daycare & boarding centres are: – 7am to 9am & 4pm to 6pm Monday to Friday. 9am to 10am & 3pm to 4pm Saturday and Sunday
